The annual production ,apacity of wood plastic floor and board is 100000 tons,and annual sales amount is up to 80,000,000 USD.

D. The ABA structure EIR texture series without AB board is a major upgrade in the ABA structure EIR texture. It not only has all the advantages of ABA structure floor, but also solves the problem that the herringbone floor in the market should be divided into AB board. History
In 1998， named as Chuzhou Jinhui floor factory, to produce laminate floorings,most sold in domestic,some export to Oversea countries through other trading companies.
In 2014, we started to register new company name as Anhui Jinhui New Material Technology Co.,Ltd,started to produce SPC floorings.
In 2016, we started to manufacturer MGO floorings.Dry process core board produced, without glass fiber, no PVC, initially for wall;
In 2017, we started to develop EIR texture SPC and ABA construction.
In 2018, Matual technology and rich experience in SPC flooring production brought us many business opportunities from many customers.
Meanwhile,MGO flooring dry process core board with different formulation figured out, specially for flooring, to strengthen the bending;
In 2021,we have 12 production lines,and SPC production capacity can be 300 containers one month. MGO flooring 3 layers structure dry process board produced to meet Vmgo flooring market.
Up to now, thousands of containers shipped for SPC floorings and Mgo core and flooring, ZERO claim.

At present, the company has 10 synchronous flower extrusion lines for SPC floor, 2 synchronous flower extrusion lines for ABA structure, 1 full-automatic high-speed UV line, 1 Yasuda SPC slotting line, 1 SPC slotting line, 1 full-automatic mute pad line and 1 paint chamfering line. A special slotting line for Herringbone spelling. The existing SPC design production capacity is 300 containers / month. According to the long-term plan, the company has decided to purchase two full-automatic Anta SPC slotting lines, one full-automatic high-speed UV line, one full-automatic mute pad line and two full-automatic packaging lines in the near future. The designed production capacity is 400 containers / month.
